These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Rapporter, published by Keycheck Labs LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using Rapporter, you agree to these Terms.
Rapporter is a personal relationship CRM for iOS and macOS. It lets you import contacts, log interactions, and keep a private relationship history. All data is stored on your device and synced through your private iCloud — we never see your data.
Rapporter is free to download and use. Core features are available at no cost. Rapporter Pro is an optional subscription that unlocks additional features. A 14-day free trial is available for new Pro subscribers; billing begins after the trial period unless you cancel before it ends.
Rapporter Pro subscriptions are sold through Apple's App Store as an In-App Purchase. All billing, payment processing, and receipts are handled entirely by Apple — Keycheck Labs LLC never receives or stores your payment information.
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your Apple ID account is charged at confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period.
You can cancel your Rapporter Pro subscription at any time through your device's subscription management:
Cancelling stops future billing. You retain Pro access through the end of your current paid period.
If your Rapporter Pro subscription expires or is cancelled, your data is fully preserved — nothing is deleted. You retain access to core features. Pro features become inaccessible until an active subscription is restored.
All refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
We may update the app, modify features, or change these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Rapporter is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Keycheck Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of Rapporter, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
