Rapporter is a personal relationship CRM for iOS and macOS, published by Keycheck Labs LLC, a Florida limited liability company. This policy explains what data the app handles, where it lives, and what we do with it (short answer: nothing, because we never see it).
When you use Rapporter, the app may store:
All data is stored locally on your device using Apple's Core Data framework. If you are signed into iCloud, data syncs across your devices through Apple's CloudKit private database — a container that only you can access. Apple's iCloud privacy policy governs that sync.
Rapporter has no servers of its own. No data is ever sent to the developer or any third party.
Rapporter requests access to your Apple Contacts only to let you import contacts into the app. The app reads contact information you explicitly select; it does not access your full contact list in the background or without your permission. Imported contacts are stored as a snapshot — your original Apple Contacts are not modified.
Rapporter offers an optional Pro subscription via Apple's In-App Purchase. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple — Keycheck Labs LLC never receives, stores, or has access to your payment information. We receive only a confirmation that a purchase was made. Apple's privacy policy governs all payment and billing data.
Rapporter contains no analytics SDKs, no ad networks, no crash reporters (other than Apple's built-in crash reporting through App Store Connect, which you control via iOS/macOS privacy settings), and no third-party trackers of any kind.
You can export all your data at any time from Settings → Export. Supported formats: JSON, vCard, and per-contact PDF. Deleting the app from your device removes all locally stored data. To remove iCloud-synced data, delete the app from all devices; the iCloud container data will be removed according to Apple's CloudKit data retention policy.
Rapporter is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
If this policy changes materially, the updated version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Because we hold no data, there is nothing to migrate or re-consent to.
